ORDER PROCESSING

Any purchase is considered an order once full payment is received. Orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

For logistics and insurance purposes, our team may request identity proof of the person(s) likely to receive the parcel. The logistics company will only hand over the parcel to the specified recipient(s).

SHIPPING & TRACKING
