RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchases.
  2. Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect.
  3. If the item is Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect, then you can simply email us within 2 days from the date you receive your products.
  4. We will respond within 48 hours to serve you the best from our end.
  5. Product tags must not be removed. Please note: If product tags are removed, the items will be non-exchangeable.
  6. All purchases will be non-refundable, except in cases where we have been unable to deliver the product within 45 days of placing the order. We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7-15 working days to get it credited/reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, as this involves inter-bank refund procedures that may take time.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 6 hours of ordering. You can simply email us at Contact@bgs.in. Please mention your Order ID in the email.
  2. We will credit the full amount in case of a pre-paid order in the original mode of payment.
