RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchases.
- Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect.
- If the item is Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect, then you can simply email us within 2 days from the date you receive your products.
- We will respond within 48 hours to serve you the best from our end.
- Product tags must not be removed. Please note: If product tags are removed, the items will be non-exchangeable.
- All purchases will be non-refundable, except in cases where we have been unable to deliver the product within 45 days of placing the order. We will initiate your refund within 3 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 7-15 working days to get it credited/reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, as this involves inter-bank refund procedures that may take time.
CANCELLATIONS
- Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 6 hours of ordering. You can simply email us at Contact@bgs.in. Please mention your Order ID in the email.
- We will credit the full amount in case of a pre-paid order in the original mode of payment.
